• Facility buyout: exclusive access to entire venue from 1pm to 4pm (setup access begins 11:00 AM; event 1:00–4:00 PM; wrap-up/reset 4:00–4:30 PM, full completion by 5:00 PM).
• Included amenities: padel equipment & balls, cold plunge, sauna, recovery room, water fountain, lounge area, parking, TVs/screens.
• Staffing & services: additional team members, cleaning and trash management, two on-court coaches (clinics/programs/games), volley machine access.
• Total: $6,200 + taxes.
• 50% deposit = $3,100
• Payment terms: 50% deposit and remaining balance due by Monday, May 11, 2026.
