Deposit Compass Ina Bloom Team Event - December 20, 2025 from 1PM to 4PM

Padel X Boca Raton will host a private padel experience for the Compass Ina Bloom team.
The event includes:

• Exclusive access to the facility for 3 hours (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
• Courts dedicated as follows:
• 1 court for beginners’ clinic format
• 7 Remaining courts for open play / mini tournament format
• 1 Padel coach included
• All equipment (rackets & balls)
• Music and microphone setup
• Access to the sauna and cold plunge for all participants
  (Towels are not provided. Participants must bring their own, or towel service can be added for an additional cost.)
• Full on-site support from the Padel X team for event logistics and coordination

• Participant Estimate

  Client has confirmed an estimated 32 participants, with flexibility to add more (8 to 10 more participants)
  Pricing remains valid for 32+ participants.

  Pricing

  Total Event Cost: $4,200 plus tax
  (Includes all listed services, amenities, staffing, and equipment.)

  ---

  Food & Beverage

  Client has chosen to bring their own catering company.
  Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All food, drinks, utensils, napkins, plates, serving items, etc. will be fully provided by the catering company.
  • Padel X Boca Raton will coordinate logistics on site but does not provide food service or materials.
  • Client and catering company are responsible for setup and cleanup of all food service items.
  • (We can give access to our on wheel cooler with Ice and our Storage fridge if needed)

  Registration & Waivers

  A Playtomic sign-up link will be provided.
  All participants must sign the Padel X digital waiver prior to participating.

  If the link cannot be shared through Compass communication channels, Client agrees to collect waivers manually or through an alternative method approved by Padel X.

  Deposit & Payment Terms

  To secure the date, the Client must submit a 50% deposit upon signing this Engagement Letter.
  Remaining balance is due on or before the event date.

  • Deposit to secure the date: $2,100 plus tax
  • Final balance due Tuesday December 16, 2025: $2,100 plus tax

  No date can be held without receipt of the deposit and full payment.

  Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before event: deposit converted to credit for future event.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior: deposit is non-refundable.
  • Weather policy does not apply (indoor facility).
