Event Summary
- Theme: Social event for parents of Boca Prep Boca Raton students
- Date & Time: Friday, November 21, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Participants: Approximately 40
- Courts: All 8 courts for 2 hours
- Rentals: 32 racquets and balls
- Coaching: 2 coaches to run clinics on 2 courts (1 coach for adults, 1 coach for kids)
- Event Format: Introduction to the sport and social gathering for parents
- Food & Beverages: Water only
2. Pricing and Inclusions
- Total Cost: $2,700 plus tax
- Payment: The full amount must be paid at least 10 days prior to the event date.
- This covers the use of all 8 courts, the 2-hour coaching session with 2 coaches, additional staff to welcome participants, racquet rentals, balls, water, and access to Cold Plunge, Lounge, and Recovery Area.
Side Notes:
- As you are not a member, the additional fee for advance booking has been waived.
- Please note, this pricing does not include food or any utensils needed for food and beverages.
